Masseter Reduction
The Masseter muscle is the strongest muscle (based on its weight) in the human body and is responsible for chewing and biting. It connects the mandible (lower jaw bone) to the cheekbone and in cases where the muscle is overdeveloped can cause clenching and grinding of the teeth, as well as give a round appearance to the lower part of the face.
If you are experiencing clenching or grinding of the jaw then your teeth could be at significant risk of microfractures. Most dentists will recommend an expensive mouthguard to wear when you sleep, however these can be uncomfortable and do nothing to address the cause of the clenching.

The highly experienced Injectors at Cosmetic Sculpting Clinic can significantly reduce the size and strength of the masseter muscles, resulting in a slimmer face and protection of your teeth.
